We evaluate the motivation and competency of the applicants during a first interview. Depending on the profile sought, the interview is conducted on two main topics:

  • A presentation of the applicant and the pertinence of his / her work experience in relation to the requirements of the position for which he / she is applying

  • A test of the technical and relational competencies of the applicant, depending on the specific position requirements: technical tests, language, management and leadership skills, , etc.

 

4. Interview of applicants by the client

After tests and interviews, we send our client detailed reports about the profile of the most suitable applicants. Our client decides whether or not to interview them directly. Our services are invoiced at the time of the signing of the employment contract by the company and the applicant.

 

5. Replacement of staff who leave during the probationary period
