• The payment of recruitment services is made by deducting from the tax due to the state for not employing people with disabilities :  Do you have over 50 employees? Because we are a protected unit authorized according to Law no. 448/2004, you can deduct the cost of our services from the tax you owe to the state if you do not meet the percentage of 4% of people with disabilities among your employees.

​​How does it work?

 

Here is an example:  a company has 100 employees.

4% of the number of employees = 4 positions for people with disabilities.

The tax due to the state for not hiring 4% of disabled people is calculated as follows:
4 positions x 2,550 lei = 10,200 lei/month

The company can deduct half of this amount from its tax dues to purchase our services (4,600 lei / month).
